Wellness in cancer treatment at Metro South Health enables, nurtures and empowers patients, families and carers to access evidence-based support at a time and place that works for the individual. In 2017, a group of passionate clinicians and consumers started the Cancer Wellness Initiative in recognition that we need to get better at staying well during cancer treatment. We have designed this site so that wellness is an integral part of cancer care from diagnosis through to completion of treatment and into the survivorship phase.
