Fatigue

Tiredness, Exhaustion, Feeling tired

Fatigue or tiredness is something that affects 70-80% of people during, or after treatment for cancer. Cancer-related fatigue is different from the tiredness that someone without cancer may get. People with cancer may get tired more quickly after less activity.

These symptoms can last for months or years after cancer treatment is completed. Cancer-related fatigue affects an individual's quality of life as it can impact on participation in meaningful daily activities or roles.

We've collected our favourite resources for you to read, watch, listen to, download and share to better understand and manage this concern, as well as clinical services if you would prefer to speak to someone about the emotional challenges of cancer treatment.
