Worrying about cancer coming back

Cancer returning, Anxiety, Fear, Cancer progression, If cancer comes back, Uncertainty, Fear of recurrence

Such fears and worries are normal. While some people survive cancer and live well, others do have cancer return. Therefore, ongoing worries and fears about this are quite normal.

If these worries and fears however, become intrusive and overwhelming or prevent you from participating in everyday activities and routines, then getting some support may be a good idea.


A way of living beyond cancer is to expect and understand this uncertainty and know when to reach out for support.
